Purpose

Sure Home Lab is a personal, self-hosted financial-record system. It is operated only for the operator's personal and household financial management.

Data processed

The service may process account identifiers, account balances, transaction records, merchant names, categories, receipt images, and information supplied by the account holder.

Why data is processed

Data is processed to connect authorised financial accounts, display financial records, categorise transactions, and maintain a personal financial history.

Service providers

Financial-account connectivity is provided by Enable Banking after the account holder grants consent. The application is hosted by the operator. Cloudflare may process network traffic required to deliver the public HTTPS endpoint. An external language-model provider may process only the prompt and receipt data explicitly submitted for categorisation or extraction.

Retention and deletion

Financial records are retained while required for personal record keeping. Consent granted through a financial-account provider can be revoked through that provider or by disconnecting the account in the application. Connected account data and uploaded files can be deleted from the application by the operator.

Security

The application uses HTTPS for public access and stores its primary data on self-hosted infrastructure. No security measure can guarantee absolute security.
